By car
From the Interstate 495: keep in the left lane through the Midtown Tunnel. Exit the tunnel and bare left towards downtown. Go left at the first light onto East 35th Street, then right onto 2nd Avenue. Turn right onto 23rd Street, then right onto 6th Avenue. Turn left onto 31st Street and you will see the Hampton Inn Madison Square Garden Area Hotel on the left hand-side of the street.
From the Interstate 495 Lincoln Tunnel and Holland Tunnel: enter the tunnel in the right-hand lane. When you exit the tunnel keep all the way to the right and then turn right onto Hudson Street and get in far left lane. Turn left onto Canal Street and right onto 9A North-West Street. Turn right onto 23rd Street and then left onto 6th Avenue. Turn left onto 31st Street and you will see the Hampton Inn Madison Square Garden Area Hotel on the left hand-side of the street.
From New Jersey: take the Interstate 95 North and cross the George Washington Bridge in the right lane. Take exit 9A South-Henry Hudson Parkway- which becomes the West Side Highway-Joe DiMaggio Highway-West Street. Turn left onto 34th Street, right onto 5th Avenue, right onto 31st Street and you will see the Hampton Inn Madison Square Garden Area Hotel on the left hand-side of the street.
From Connecticut: take the Interstate 95 South to Cross Bronx Expressway 95. Take the 9A South-Henry Hudson Parkway which becomes West Side Highway-Joe DiMaggio Highway-West Street. Turn left onto 34th Street and right on 5th Avenue and right again onto 31st Street. The hotel is two blocks down on left side after 6th Avenue.
