Upon arrival at Boston Logan Airport, you can always go to a kiosk near the Information Counter to call Hampton Inn Hotel and a free shuttle bus will be sent to pick you up at a designated bus stop for "Hotel and Vans". At the Hotel reception, I was received by caring and concerned staff who helped me to the smallest details. Keep it up for the good work! The rooms were spacious and the surrounding was quiet. Although there is a indoor pool and a 24-hr gym, I was unable to make time to use them as I enjoyed the walk round Boston town instead. A free shuttle bus also sent me to Wood Island Station where I can get a Charlie T-ticket to travel downtown. From 4am to 11am, the shuttle bus from Hotel to Wood Island Station and Boston Logan Airport was every 20mins while after 11am, the pickup from Hotel was every hour. However the pickup for the return trip to Hotel from designated spots was upon a telephone call to the Hotel Reception. I enjoyed the stay and would like to pay a return visit if opportunity arises. Bravo to staff of Hanover Inn, I appreciate you all for making a stay an enjoyable and memorable one.
