How to reach Guest House The Charterhouse
By Car:
At the end of the M5 continue along the A38/A380 towards Plymouth.
At the Shell garage where the A38 & A380 fork, take the left-hand lane sign-posted A380 Torquay.
Keep on this road for approximately 13.5 miles until reaching a large roundabout near to the Coventry Farm Trading Estate.
Keep straight on the A3022 towards Torquay, ignoring the A380 ring road, which goes off to the right.
Keep straight on the A3022 through three sets of traffic lights.
At the fourth set of traffic lights, with CURRYS on the left hand side, continue through two more sets of traffic lights which are close together, at which time the road widens into two lanes, with the outside lane sign-posted Harbour and Seafront.
Take this lane and pass through the traffic lights by the Halford Superstore and Tor Station, into Avenue Road. Keep straight on all the way to the seafront and at the seafront turn right towards Paignton.
Take the turning on the right hand side, directly after the Livermead Hotel, sign-posted for Cockington.
The entrance to The Charterhouse is approximately 75 yards after passing under the railway line

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: rooms are available between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking will be charged on
receipt of the booking. The balance is due for payment on arrival.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights
will be charged.
If cancelled within 48 hours of the date of the booking, or in case of no-
shows, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
