explanation for the 3 bad marks in section 1 of the questionnaire is that Catalina is an unmanned B&B - in case you haven't got a mobile phone with you, you're completely f*cked up as you stand in front of closed doors (you definitely should mention this on the web-page)

Nous avons tres mal pris de devoir appelé un numero de portable une fois devant la porte d'entrée. En effet, ce n'etait pas précisé qu'il fallait avoir un telephone portable et que personne ne fait l'acceuil de la GuestHouse!! De meme, comme nous n'avons rencontré personne pendant nos 3 jours de séjours, le montant a-t-il été prélevé sur la carte de crédit mise sur venere.com alors qu'il était écrit explicitement que tel ne devait pas etre le cas. En dehors de cela, espace spacieux, maison agréable, proche du centre (2 arrets de metro).

The location was excellen with the underground train 2 minutes walk from the guesthouse and 2 stops fro the centre.I wasn't very impressed when I arrived to the gesthouse since I had to phone a mobile number so that they can give me a code to open the main door, my phone wasn't opened for calls abroad and I had to ask a passerby to please phone that number for me. For some reason I thought that the rooms had toilets in them but they didn't and the toilets were downstairs that was a bit of a pain and some guests were a bit noisy late at night but in general the place was very nice,clean and extremelly well decorated. I will recommend to just walk around Oslo you will see lots of lovely buildings, the Vigeland Park, the Fortress and specially the port.

From Oslo Airport Gardermoen, ring 3 to Smestad, take to the left in direction Majorstuen and you will have the guesthouse on your left hand in Sørkedalsveien 43.
By train
From Oslo Central station. Change to the underground train (metro) - take line nr 6 to BORGEN station. Then it will be 150 metres to walk (cross the road by the first light-cross and walk 150 metres in right direction) The yellow guesthouse will be on your left hand side.
By airplane
Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
By public transportation
Take the metro, line nr 6 to Borgen Station. Oslo westside.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: the rooms are available after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancell the stay up to 2 days prior to check-in, later than
that customers have to pay 100% of the first night. In case of no-show,
customer has to pay for the whole stay. Payment at arrival day-
preferable credit-card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
