: Take the C train to the 163rd St. Walk one block down St. Nicholas Ave. to Sylvan Terrace, which is across from 161st Station. Walk just past the C-Town supermarket and you will find the stairs to Sylvan Terrace. Walk up the stairs to the Terrace and down the street to Number 15.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be charged 50% of the amount of your stay on your credit card at time of booking (company that will appear on your credit card is : Coolshield). If you do not cancel at least 5 days prior to your arrival, we will keep the down payment. If you cancel at least 5 days prior to arrival, we will credit back the down payment. ***please note that there is a $50 penalty for lost keys***
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 5 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
