From the other reviews was expecting a lot more from Barry house, the room was an OK size for a London hotel but the bathroom was tiny and very old, the shower was covered in limescale. The breakfast was also a disappointment very slow service and not a lot of choice, plus the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Not a place I will be going back to.

Family who runs the B&B is really nice. Good rooms, good breakfast, and great location - near Hyde Park and Paddington Station, so easy access to the rest of the city. I'd definitely stay there the next time I'm in London.

We found the welcoming good, but we had some problems for sleeping well because of the noise of the traffic in the street, the cracking of the bed and the floor... We hoped a better bedroom for that price but ... we were well situated in London...
