Located in a salubrious suburban area of Edinburgh, the Kingsburgh House is a 5-star Murryfield Guest House, within walking distance of the home of Scottish Rugby, the famous Murrayfield Stadium. The city center, as well as Edinburgh Airport and Waverly railway station are easy to reach, since this deluxe residence is sited just of the Corstorphine Road, one of Edinburgh's major thoroughfares.
Entering into the Kingsburgh House's drive, you will be pleased to find that the property is sheltered from the road by a hedge and tall trees, blocking out any eventual road noise. This luxury residence is housed in a refined Victorian house with a garden area at the back of the property that can be hired for weddings and small outdoor receptions. This quiet and tranquil setting is therefore the ideal place for business people, visitors to Edinburgh and Ruby fans to relax and unwind.
There is also free wireless Internet access throughout the building. A fax service will also come in handy for business guests, which is available at the front desk. The drawing room can also be hired for meetings of up to 10 people and catering can be organized upon request.

The owners of the Kingsburgh house couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was within easy walking distance of all historical sites as well as the bus stop and train station. Very convenient for us. The guest house was quiet and romantic. We'll definitely be staying there again when we return to Scotland. If you are looking for quaint place to stay, this is the best you'll find. It is deinitely a 5-star guest house.

How to reach Guest House Kingsburgh House
By airplane
From Edinburgh Airport: follow directions for Edinburgh city center. Turn left at the roundabout onto the A8, towards Edinburgh city center. Continue under the flyover and go straight ahead, always in the direction of Edinburgh city center (A8), and take the right-hand fork at the next roundabout. Continue straight on, through several sets of traffic lights, and go straight ahead at the roundabout. Continue on Corstorphine Road, go straight ahead at the mini roundabout and the traffic lights. Passing the Zoo and the Holiday Inn hotel on your left-hand side, continue straight ahead and Kingsburgh House is sign posted on your left-hand side at the junction between Ormidale Terrace and Corstorphine Road. If you pass the BMW garage, you have gone too far.
