The Dalmore Lodge Guest House is a lovely 5 bedroom Victorian terraced villa, offering a cosy and relaxing atmosphere for a pleasant stay, whether on business or leasure travel.

double room Dalmore Lodge is a beautiful 5-bedroomed Victoria villa. Four of our bedrooms are en-suite with the fifth bedroom having use of its own private shower/toilet just a step away.

Each room has a TV with tea/coffee making facilities.

Please note that our triple and quadruple rooms can also be used for double occupancy at the same price as our twin and double rooms.

Full Scottish breakfast is served in our lounge area from 0730-0830 Monday to Friday and between 0800-0900 at weekends.

How to reach Dalmore Lodge Guest House

By car
From Edinburgh Airport, follow signs to City Centre. Follow A8
for 3.5 miles/5.5 km. Dalmore Lodge is situated on the right
after Corstorphine Village, opposite Edinburgh Zoo.

From the West, exit the M8 motorway at Junction 1, take the
A720 north-bound for Edinburgh West. At the Gogar
Roundabout, turn right onto the A8. Follow A8 for 3 miles/5km
(as above).

From the North, approach Edinburgh on the A90, turn right at
the Barnton Junction heading for A8. At the Maybury
Junction, turn left onto the A8 City Centre. Follow A8 for

3 miles/5km (as above).

From the South, from A1 follow signs for A720 Edinburgh West
& North. Follow A720 until Gogar Roundabout. At the Gogar
Roundabout, turn right onto the A8. Follow A8 for

3 miles/5km (as above).


By train
From Waverley or Haymarket Station guests can catch the airport bus (Number 100) which stops just outside the house. It is the Edinburgh Zoo stop.

By airplane
Guests should catch the airport bus directly outside the departure terminal and disembark at Edinburgh Zoo. We are exactly opposite the entrance.

By public transportation
We are on a very good bus route with many buses running to and from the city centre.
