By car
From N1 National Road, take the Oswald Pirow exit. Turn left onto Oswald Pirow and pass a bridge and several sets of traffic lights. At the T junction by the Ferrari Showroom, turn left onto Roeland Street, then immediately right until you come to a main road. Turn right and take the exit to Buitenkant Street. At the traffic lights, turn left and head up the hill towards the mountain. Flower Street is the 4th turning on the right just past the Engen garage.
By airplane
From Cape Town International Airport on N2 road, follow the indications to Cape Town. Follow the signs to the Cableway, until you see the Garden's Shopping Centre on the left. Get off the highway to Buitenkant Street and at the first traffic lights, turn left. Head up the hill towards the mountain. Flower Street is the 4th turning on the right just past the Engen garage.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
