Very comfortable and convenient. Gracious host and more than adequate breakfast. Long, but enjoyable walk into town. However, bus to town centre is at front door. Would recommend for economical, pleasant stay.
How to reach Guest House Carolina
By car
From the M11 motorway junction 11, follow signs for the ring-road. At the Trumpington Road set of traffic lights, turn right into Long Road. At the roundabout turn left into Mowbray Road and then follow straight until you reach Perne Road.
From the A10/A14 Cambridge/Ely exit turn right into Horningsea Road, proceed on Ditton Lane and then turn right on Newmarket Road. At the first roundabout turn left into Barnwell Road and go straight over Sainsburys roundabout until you reach Perne Road.
By train
From the railway station turn into Tenison Road and then into Devonshire Road. Turn right into Mill Road and then right again into Perne Road.
For cyclists or pedestrians, once on Devonshire Road cross the pedestrian and cycle bridge and turn right. Take the first road on the left (Davy Road) and then continue straight until you reach Perne Road roundabout.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 4 p.m. until 6.30 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10.30 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Continental breakfast is included in the price. Full English breakfast is not included in the price and costs £3.50 per person per day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A non refundable deposit of £ 30 will be charged once we receive the
booking. If you wish to cancel, we require 7 days notice (prior check in). If
no notice is given the balance for the whole booking will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
