Situated just 2 miles (3.2 km) outside of Cambridge Town Centre, the Ayah Villa is a small low-cost Cambridge UK guesthouse. A number of buses stop outside the guesthouse which will take you into Cambridge and the property is equally close to the M11 Motorway, making it very easy to reach.
Whether visiting Cambridge or on a business trip in Cambridgeshire, this inexpensive guesthouse offers comfortable accommodation and a great continental breakfast to wake up to. You will also be given a key, so you can come and go as you please.
While staying at the Ayah Villa Guesthouse, guests can use the Internet for as long as they like, as the wireless Internet access is free of charge. There is also a 24-hour self-service coffee machine at guest's disposal as well.

Self-service check-in a bit of an initiative test for a first-time visit. Staff only there at breakfast. Lovely clean bright rooms - clearly the place has been recently re-furbished. Ample off-road parking at the front of the house and the location is very easy to find. It's not on a very busy road and is set sufficiently far back to have no traffic noise. Buses stop almost immediately outside the house - don't bother taking your car into Cambridge! The host, Greg, is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental-style buffet with a good selection of cereals, fruit, etc. (No cooked breakfast, if that matters to you). I would recommend Ayah Villa for anyone wanting to visit Cambridge as a tourist and certainly if you're there on business because of the convenience of its location.
How to reach Guest House Ayah Villa
By car
From the M11 Motorway: the easiest way to get to the guest house is leaving the M11 Motorway at Junction 11 (Signposted Cambridge Park & Ride) and turning right into Shelford Road. The guest house is on the left-hand side, opposite the Saab garage/petrol station.
From Cambridge City Centre: follow the sign to Trumpington Road/M11. Approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) down the road, you will see a Shell Petrol Station on the right-hand side. When you come to the traffic lights, turn left into Shelford Road. The guest house is on the left-hand side, opposite the Saab garage/petrol station.
