No reservation information available to receptionist but I showed Venere reservation confirmation SMS and everything went well. Booked double bed but still got twin beds. Air-conditioner did'nt work in our room and we needed to open window which caused city noise to disturb our sleep.

From Paraíso Metro Station: head south on Rua Vergueiro towards Avenida Bernardino de Campos. Take a slight left at Avenida Bernardino de Campos and turn left at Rua Correia Dias. Turn right at Rua Apeninos and the hotel will be on the right-hand side.
