Room was cramped due to gabled ceiling. Shower was small, had no soap, and floor was slippery. TV was too complex to operate. A card explaining how to watch standard TV would be nice (versus convoluted multi-tiered menus and trial-and-error).

I just would like to say that my stay at the Tulip Inn was wonderful even though it was my first time in Germany I felt at home.

I stayed for one night only, since I had take a flight the next morning. Room was clean and silent. The description to arrive to the hotel from the airport says that there are buses...in fact, there are, but only once an hour (at least on saturdays). So I called the hotel, which "offers" an extremely expensive shuttle service from and to the airport (5 € one way). I love having breakfast, but since the price for it is very high too, I "preferred" not taking it. So I don't know what they offer for 14 €....but it just has to be a huge and well furnished buffet. All in all it's ok if one looks for a hotel near the airport, but, I mean, it's a normal hotel with normal rooms, and 79 € for a single room plus 14 € for the breakfast plus 10 € for the tranfers is ways too much!!!

We stayed at the Tulip Inn Munich Airport for 2 nights during Okoberfest when all hotels were priced higher. The convenience of being near the airport to catch a train to downtown and to the airport as we departed was great. Breakfast and the staff in the dining room were all great. The location is far from any towns or places to go at night or maybe some places should have been suggested.There was some street noise from the road traffic but not too bad. We were happy to have the hotel airport transportation but it was somewhat costly and we wondered what a taxi would have cost. We would definately return there.

Nice hotel, good shuttle service and a great restaurant. The unusual ceiling line in my room took some adjustment, but since I was not coming directly from Oktoberfest I did not bang my head on the ceiling. The staff was helpful and friendly and the overall stay was very good. Thank You.

Expensive for what you get, but this is true of all the "airport" hotels since you are paying for the location (10 minutes drive from Airport) Shuttle from hotel to airport is NOT FREE they charge 5 Euro PER PERSON, EACH WAY. This doesnt seem right, in my opinion. NO INTERNET STATION in the hotel so if you don't have your own laptop then you are out of luck. Had to walk up the street to another hotel and pay to use their internet station. BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED! They charge for the breakfast buffet, this was not clear to me when I reserved but is an oversight on my part no fault of the hotel. However, when you go in and eat no one bothered to ask us if we understood that the breakfast cost something, they just asked which room we were in. Asked for an extra blanket. 1 hour later, still no blanket, had to find walk to the desk to ask again and they had the attitude that I was asking for something outrageous. The "manager" actually had a waiter from the restaraunt get one for us. The restaraunt was busy so I don't understand why the manager pulled the waiter from the restaraunt instead of just doing it herself. Based on all of the above, I gave a low rating because I do not see the value. The room was not remarkable, the lack of an internet station, the cost of the shuttle, the breakfast and the poor service we experienced makes it hard to recommend this hotel.

This hotel served our needs very well. We needed a hotel close to the airport that was reasonably priced, safe, relatively comfortable and with airport shuttle service. The Tulip Inn Munich Airport was just such a hotel. We had dinner and breakfast - both were delicious. The room was more than adequate for our stay.

Very Good accommodations. Rooms good size and quiet. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Shuttle to and from airport reasonable fee and can connect to trains to all over Munich.

I enjoy my stay in this hotel a lot. The hotel was a bit small, so were the beds, however, the room was quiet and very clean. I will definetely stay here again.
