Altis Park Hotel - Lisbon

The room stay a long time closed and have a bad smell, but the hotel, the room and a view to Lisbon are excellent.

Old style Hotel, clean and properly maintened but built in the late 60' or early 70' and never renovated. All personel very professional.

Staff were friendly, competent, multi-lingual and calm in the difficult circumstances of the Volcano Ash crisis. I felt well looked after during this time. Compliments to all.

Excellent relationship between price/quality. Just one negative point: impossible to have an internet access...

One week stay. Surroundings not very nice butgood transport very near.

In our case it was a very short stay on way from and returning to the nearby airport so we didn't get to experience the Hotel as you normally might. That said, it was a very pleasant short stay and the staff were more than helpful and efficient in all areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything one would require.

It's a pity that we can't open windows... except this point every thing was OK and the people of the reception are very nice and helpful. The hotel location is perfect for visiting Lisbon and the area is very quiet.

I was in transit to Brasil and needed a place close to the airport. It was well priced and a vedry good quality Hotel. I was provided with a courtesy lift to the Airport by private car.

Comodo al metro anche se in tre conviene il taxi anche economicamente. Cara la colazione, tutti vanno al bar di fianco. Per il resto ottimo, personale preparato e simpatico e disponibile, silenziosissimo, pulito ecc

Very nice hotel at a good price. Very close to public transportation. And most important the people at the hotel are friendly and helpful, the best people we found in our trip. We highly recomend this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is a bit seedy, but the Metro station is literally right outside the front door. The only issue I had was with the airport shuttle service. It's not a recurring service and it's not on-demand. The shuttle comes a few times a day to the airport and if you miss it, you need to take a taxi. If you do take a taxi, ask how much it costs to get to the hotel. The first driver I had charged €15 (no meter) and the next charged less than €10. Otherwise, great hotel and great service.

One porter was determined to be our friend ('Where you from?' See you soon'), which we don't like. Otherwise, an excellent hotel, well located for both the airport and transport links to central Lisbon, and very good value for money. Would use again.

We have nothing but praise for the staff, they were welcoming and most helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel, (once we found it) was excellent, no complaints at all.

Me parce un buen hotel, lejos del centro, pero accesible por metro, las habitaciones espaciosas, el desayuno abundante y bueno. Lo único que me parece un poco caro es la cuota por acceder a internet, y el piano-bar solo estuvo un día abierto, no se le promueve mucho

Advertisd services incur extra fees. Internet access is not wireless everywhere as they advertise and is 5 Euros per hour and via ethernet cable only in the room. The airport shuttle which is the reason I picked this hotel works on their convenience and not guest's. I had to take the taxi both ways to and from airport. They have no service at all before 9 a.m. and most west bound flights are early a.m. The hotel has nothing around it and it is a graveyard after 7 pm. Not even a place to eat. Avoid this hotel unless all you want is to sleep and nothing else.

Our family thought we had been dropped off at the wrong hotel, it did not bear any resemblance to the hotel we had booked. The images and narrative about the hotel were very misleading. It was certainly not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was poor; with limited choice, stale rolls and diluted fresh orange juice. Overall very disappointed and relieved we were only staying for 1 night. Would not go back again. It would put me off using your site to book again in future.

Good situation close to the airport (only 10 min by taxi). Centre of town easily reached by metro. Very friendly staff.

Nice and relatively quite place to stay. I would recommend it for those wanting to explore beauties of Lisbon and surronunding places, since Metro station is round the corner. The staff is very helpfull and kind. The Lisbon bus tour operators stop at the hotel to collect the passangers and this is very convenient. Nice place to stay.

Very good cost/benefit. Location only 10 minutes from airport by taxi an advantage. Excellent breakfast. More staff needed in reception at peak periods (evening check-in, morning check-out). Air-conditioning in rooms should be more effective. Very convenient for underground station.
