I got an upgrade and really enjoyed my stay here of 6 days. The staff was super friendly and always helpful and available when needed. Location in Zamalek is great, breakfast is plenty. I was on the Nile side and the street below gave some noise, but I always sleep with ear plugs anyway when traveling (about 7-8 months a year). Would stay here again. There is no gym or swimming pool, if you want one downside.

I expected it a little bit closer - or better connected - to the city center. Tahrir square was a bit too far to get there by walk

we enjoyed our stay in your hotel. everything was almost perfect. Had little trouble though with the sanitary ware in the bathroom but nothing over troubling. it is a comfortable hotel, well located, clean and the staff were very cooperative and very polite. i would readily recommend your hotel to friends.

heating does not exist. the room the night is cold. I have had problems with alitalia for the delivery of the baggages and the staff of the hotel has been kind and he has helped me to contact the airport.
