Hotel Golden Tulip Marne La Vallee - Bussy-Saint-Georges

We were extremely pleased with our choice of the Tulip Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a very generous size, TV, good shower and bath and separate toilet and plenty of towels. The buffet breakfast had good variety. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and although the quality was good we felt that it was rather expensive and the portions small. The children's menu is also unimaginative and does not change. We would recommend 'Le Duplex' restaurant by the station. The location is excellent for Disneyland Paris - only 2 stops on RER A - and you can see the hotel from the station - just a 2 minute walk! You will be happy if you book this hotel.

An excellent stay and ideal for what we needed. The single biggest difference between this stay and other Hotel stays, has been the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff...at all times of the day and no matter how stupid the questions were !! They went way beyond what we would expect, to try and make our stay as good as possible. Many thanks

I was not amused when i saw the bill.I had to pay 3x €14 extra for parking.We where almost 2 nights in the hotel. And when we arrive the man at the reeception say it's €7 for 1 night.

easy to reach Disney Resort as well as any other Paris destination. Good price/quality ratio. Venere.com an excellent service

I stayed in Bussy-Saint-Georges for two days. The main problem was in not finding much to do or see in the immediate surroundings, although it's perfectly located for visitors to Disneyland.

Stayed here 6 years ago, hotel since changed name/ownership but little else different apart from paying now for underground secure car park (there is free public underground park also). Bussy has grown but still very, very quiet/safe for walking and an easy drive. Virtue of Bussy is convenience for Disney (nothing else there) and of Tulip compared to new cheaper hotel chains is relative quality, closeness to rail for Paris, some nearby restaurants and mini-supermarkets. Breakfast OK but children need to eat to make it worth it - we paid below advertised rate. Recommend couscous place opposite entrance - 6euro child menu excellent value, v. friendly.

Restaurant poor, time after ordering to long, much to expensive for what you get.

L'hotel è di costruzione recente, come tutto il paese di Bussy St. Georges del resto, confortevole e pulito. Dall'hotel è facile raggiungere con il treno o con l'automobile privata sia Dineyland Paris (che era lo scopo del nostro viaggio) sia Parigi. La stazione ferroviaria è davvero a pochi passi dall'hotel e i treni sono frequenti, le strade sono tutte a tre corsie e a scorrimento veloce. Ma parte le mete tradizionali della zona, il paese di Bussy merita di essere visto. In particolare da quelli che, come me prima di partire, non hanno avuto esperienza della cosiddetta "grandeur" francese. Colonnati, grandi piazze, statue colossali, viali larghissimi, cupole scenografiche e un'architettura molto particolare fanno di Bussy una specie di rassegna del culto della "grandezza". Per contro, le persone che vi abitano, sembrano tutte vittime della solitudine e della vuota routine. Un'esperienza "forte", senza dubbio. Non è possibile cenare in hotel ma proprio di fronte è aperto un ristorante cinese, poco distante c'é un ristorante vietnamita e anche qualche fast food con pizza e altro. L'unico neo del soggiorno, peraltro piacevole, è consistito nel fatto che la prenotazione online, formalmente andata a buon fine, di una stanza a 4 letti del costo di meno di cento euro si è trasformata in una prenotazione per due stanze a due letti, neanche comunicanti, al costo di 136 euro per notte. Rapportato ai prezzi francesi non è neanche tanto, tant'è che ho accettato il cambio, però avrei preferito una maggiore precisione nella procedura di prenotazione tramite Venere.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There were renovations in the hotel so we did not get the opportunity to eat there and experience the dining area. Overall a pleasant stay and we would reccommend it to other friends.
