This hotel should be rated 5 star ! A real refuge in a city of chaos. The dining was safe for westerners and the menu catered for all tastes. Plenty of transport at the door and handy to the Pakistani border for the nightly border closing performance. Golden Temple also easily accessible . Having already experienced 3 weeks in India this hotel would rate number one so far. Nothing was too much trouble for front office manager Kuna, Moudgil.

Overall ok property; website photos always look better than actual property; bathroom needs updating; all staff pleasant and helpful; nice flat screen tv that didn't work because connection to satellite box neglected; helpful in securing transport to/from border ceremony & Golden Temple.
