suite The property, located at the third floor, served by a spacious elevator (up to 5 people), offers in an elegant and charming environment, 6 quiet and spacious rooms overlooking Via Calzaiuoli, Duomo view or typical florentine red roofs.

All rooms are characterised by wooden floors and drawer ceilings over 4 meters high (13 ft) and exposed beams. The furniture is in classic style with luxurious upholstery; all furniture pieces are handmade and decorated by wise italian cratsmen.

The comfort is assured by the presence of KING SIZE beds (200cm x 180cm or 79in x 71in), indipendent air conditioning, private ensuite bathroom with big shower box and bidet, soundproof windows, hairdryer, LCD TV 19" with DDTV, electronic safebox, free internet WI-FI and wired connection, telephone with direct access to outer line.

The spaciousness of some rooms, up to 26 sqM (31 sqY), allows to add up to 2 extra wihtout reducing the room habitability. The extra beds are not just sofa-beds but real beds able to provide the same comfort of standard beds.

The breakfast service is not included in the room rate so everybody is free to choose upon own needings. Our continental breakfast can be requested at any of the bars and cafes located in proximity of the B&B. The price for a continental breakfast starts from 3,50 euros per person.

Residenza della Signoria - Comment s'y rendre

By car
Exit FIRENZE NORD or FIRENZE SUD depending on where you are coming from. Follow directions for the central train station S.M.N., then follow this itinerary:

from Piazza Unita' d'Italia
drive toward the Grand Hotel Baglioni,
turn right in Via del Melarancio,
turn right in via del Giglio,
turn left in via dell'Alloro,
turn left in via de' Conti,
turn right in via de' Cerretani,
turn right in Via Vecchietti,
turn left in via dei Pecori,
turn right in Via Roma,
turn left in via Orsanmichele,
cross via Calzaiuoli and you are arrived at the B&B.

IMPORTANT: We are in limited traffic and pedestrian zone (Z.T.L.) so you have 60 minutes to reach the garage from the moment you access the historical center. We recommend to go straight to the garage and then reach us on foot because even a small stop, just to unolad luggages, may lead to a fine. When you access the Z.T.L. area take note of the exact time and tell it to the garage staff at your arrival.

By train
FIRENZE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA station, then take the electric minibus "A" and drop at via dei Tavolini bus stop.

By airplane
Bus "55" at the "Vespucci" Florence airport exit until central railway station S.M.N., from there take the electric minibus "A" and drop at via dei Tavolini bus stop.

By public transportation
Reached by any bus line travelling through the central Dome square.

Transports et Parking Residenza della Signoria

We strongly recommend to come to Florence without a car, however we have an agreement with a garage close to us (less than 500 meters) which will practice a special reduced rate from 25,00 to 30,00 euros, depending on car size and value, per 24 hours car parking.
