The structure follows the line of the hilly terrain of the existing olive groves. The construction consists of two buildings of two stories each, containing 28 units.

From the Milano-Venezia Autostrada we recommend you take the Peschiera exit and then follow the Gardesana Orientale Road in the direction of Riviera degli Ulivi passing through the towns of Lazise, Bardolino e Garda. From Verona or Trento we recommend you take the Affi-Lago di Garda Sud exit from the Brennero Autostrada, and then go in the direction of Riviera degli Ulivi passing through Costermano, San Vigilio and Garda where you join and follow the Gardesana Orientale Road to Torri del Benaco.
