When the client make booking we charge the 40% total booking as deposit. 10 days before check-in the hotel don´t will be charge nothing. From 10 days until 5 days before check-in day the hotel charge the 5% of the total, from 5 days until 2 days before chekc-in day the hotel chargue the 40% of the total and 2 days before o no show the hotel chargue the 100% of the total.
