By car
From Edinburgh Airport, take the A8 through Corstophine to Haymarket Terrace. Stay in the outside lane and continue on Torphicen Street, following signs for the EICC. Carry on straight through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place onto Gardener's Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then take the first right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down on the right.
From the South, take the A702 through Morningside and onto Bruntsfield Place that in turn leads onto Leven Street and Home Street. Take the second turning on the left after Gilmore Place marked Thornybauk (just after the Royal Bank of Scotland). Follow the road 200 yards until you get to a set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Fountainbridge and continue straight over the roundabout. Take the next turning on the right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down on the right.


By train
Leave the train at Haymarket. Walking away from the station go straight ahead to Morrison Street. After the traffic crossing take the road on the left which is Grove Street. Keep walking to the end of this road and you will see the property on your left hand side.

By airplane
You can use the Airlink bus and get off opposite Haymarket Train Station. Walking away from the station go straight ahead to Morrison Street. You can take a taxi from the airport. This costs approximately £15-£20 depending on traffic.
