CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT
Venere.com ne débite pas votre carte de crédit. Vous devrez néanmoins donner votre numéro de carte de crédit qui sera communiqué à l'établissement, de manière sécurisée, afin de garantir votre réservation. Sauf indication contraire, vous paierez l'établissement, et aucun dépôt ne vous sera demandé. Si l'hébergement que vous avez choisi demande un dépôt de garantie, cette information paraîtra dans la section "Conditions d'annulation" et le dépôt sera concordé directement avec celui-ci. Il est impossible d'annuler la réservation si vous avez au préalable opté pour une chambre indiquée comme "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" (non remboursable/prépayée). Dans ce cas, le débit du montant total de votre séjour sera effectué par l'hotel sur votre carte de crédit lors de la réservation.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of garden, access to the swimming-pool, parking, electricity, gas, water, air conditioning, heating, bed-linen, towels and final cleaning of the apartment are included in the price.
A deposit of €200,00 is required. (refundable at the end of the stay, in case of no damages)
PAYMENT
You have to pay at the arrival. Please tell the property the exact number of persons and their age while booking.
The booking will only be confirmed after the payment of 1/3 (one third) of the final amount in cash, by letter payment or credit card. In case of non-arrival this amount will not be refunded. The remainder has to be paid at the arrival. You can pay cash, by cash-point card or credit card.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The stay starts at 1 p.m. of the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. of the day of departure, except special arrangements. At your arrival, you should show a valid identity card or passport at the reception.

CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION
