Zermatt is a car-free town, therefore go by car until the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch and park your car there. Take the train until Zermatt train station. Exit the station and take either an electric taxi or ask the hotel for a pick up service, subject to charges.

From Zermatt train station take either a taxi or ask for the hotel's shuttle-service, subject to charges.
