The downstairs accommodations are ideal for couples and the upstairs for families of 4 or 5. The upstairs accommodations feature a fully equipped kitchen, wooden deck with built-in braai barbecue, en-suite bathroom, a loft room with twin beds and an open-log fireplace. The downstairs accommodations are fitted with a small kitchenette with microwave oven and mini fridge, cutlery and crockery, a portable braairt barbecue, en-suite bathroom and an open-log fireplace.

The River Double Rooms are located in the main manor house and are complete with en-suite bathroom, a private balcony, ceiling fan, heating and a phone. The River Suites have lovely rose-wood cupboards, Italian tiles and hand painted basins, offering that little bit more luxury. The Suites consist of a separate living room area with open-log fireplace, en-suite bathroom, French doors leading out to a patio overlooking the Sabie River, forests and mountains and a phone.
