Conscious of the growing needs of the hotel's long established customers, they decided to invest in a major refurbishment, and only re-opened in the new millennium, February 2000. Now a newly refurbished, twenty-five bedroom hotel, the image certainly reflects high standards, service quality and unashamed luxury, all at an affordable price. The hotel's success is certainly attributable to continually satisfying client needs.

situation privilégiée car à proximité de la gare victoria et donc de tous les moyens de transport, mais en france cet hotel serait coté deux étoiles seulement, chambre petite, toutefois compte tenu d'expériences précédentes trés décevante à londres : trés correct

Si l'hébergement que vous avez choisi demande un dépôt de garantie, cette information paraîtra dans la section "Conditions d'annulation" et le dépôt sera concordé directement avec celui-ci. Il est impossible d'annuler la réservation si vous avez au préalable opté pour une chambre indiquée comme "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" (non remboursable/prépayée). Dans ce cas, le débit du montant total de votre séjour sera effectué par l'hotel sur votre carte de crédit lors de la réservation.

Reception is only open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Keys are provided for 24 HR Access. If you fail to advise of your late arrival there will be a late check-in service charge applicable of GBP 25.00 per room. All guests arriving after 10 p.m. should notify the hotel at time of booking so late check-in instructions can be emailed to you in advance of your arrival.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
A 5% service charge is not included in the room rates.
A late check-in service charge of GBP 25.00 per room has to be paid in case of later arrivals not communicated in advance.
