This welcoming 3 star family hotel in Livigno features an ample terrace, an outdoor play area for children and several facilities in order to make your stay more comfortable. At the restaurant you will taste local specialities, the bar is perfect for a drink with your friends while the sauna will give you relaxing moments. The hotel also offers bicycles for free use while during the winter season you can purchase your ski pass and the ski or snow board school. A free shuttle service to Livigno centre is also available.

From Bormio and Sondrio take the Passo del Foscagno (open all the year 24 hours a day).
From Sondrio-Tirano, Alta Engadina, St. Moritz, Zurich (Switzerland) take the Passo della Forcola (close on winter).
From Bolzano, Zernez, Bassa Engadina, North Europe, Zurich, Klosters take the Tunnel Munt La Schera (open all the year, with toll-house, close at night).

By train
From Tirano railway station take a bus to Livigno.
From Zernez railway station take a Autoservizi Silvestri bus to Livigno.

Sauf indication contraire, vous paierez l'établissement, et aucun dépôt ne vous sera demandé. Il est impossible d'annuler la réservation si vous avez au préalable opté pour une chambre indiquée comme "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" (non remboursable/prépayée). Dans ce cas, le débit du montant total de votre séjour sera effectué par l'hotel sur votre carte de crédit lors de la réservation.

To confirm definitvly the reservation of the room, we need a down payment (30% of the total amount). If you later delate your reservation over 20days you'll lose the 50% of your deposit, over 10 days you'll lose the 80%.
