Elefant - Comment s'y rendre

By car
From all directions: take no notice of the no driving signs situated at the beginning of the spa zone which you need not respect on check-in day. To reach the Kučera Hotel where you check in, find the Grandhotel Pupp and carry onto Slovenská Street, then Mariánskolázeňská Street, Nová louka Street and finally go into Divadelní náměstí Square. After Divadelní náměstí Square, turn left, cross the river and you will be in front of the hotel. Alternatively, find the Thermal Sanatorium or the main Post Office, return to the roundabout and go in the direction of Plzeň (also signposted for Cheb/Sokolov). Go straight onto the traffic lights and on your left-hand side you can see the Becherovka factory and on the bridge over the river on your right-hand side. Go straight and take the left traffic lane (Západní Street). Turn left on Dr. Janatky Street and at the end of the street, turn left at the T-junction into Moskevská Street. Take Krále Jiřího Street, Petra Velikého, Zámecký vrch Street and Stará louka Street, and the hotel will be located on the right-hand side. The Elefant Hotel is a few minutes' walk from the Kučera Hotel. Just turn right and continue until you spot a gold-plated elephant facing the pedestrianised zone.

By bus
From all directions: get off at Tržnice Bus Station. Take no. 2 Divadelní náměstí bus and stay on until it reaches the last stop. Cross the river and the hotel is situated directly opposite the bridge. Alternatively, if you come to the Dolní nádraží or Terminál bus stop, walk to the Tržnice Bus Station, using the underpass below the traffic lights and carrying sight on for about 4 minutes. Afterwards, follow the directions above.

By train
From all directions: if you arrive at the Karlovy Vary-Horní nádraží Train Station, take a taxi. However, if you prefer to take a bus, exit the station and cross the road to reach the bus stop. Each bus takes you to Tržnice Bus Station, where you follow the directions above. If the bus takes you to the Terminál or Dolní nádraží stops, follow the directions above.
