Excellent etablissement; personnel très professionnel et disponible. Seule note négative, bruit de la route sur une partie des chambres de l'hôtel. (Camions et bus dans la descente)

Le système d'alimentation en eau des chambres est bruyant (bruit de la pompe qui remonte l'eau dans des citernes ??). D'autant plus désagréable que des clients (sans éducation) n'hésitent pas à 2 ou 3 h du matin à actionner la chasse d'eau. L'hotelier n'est pas responsable du manque de respect des clients. Second souci, les odeurs de cuisine se répandent dans l'hotel et plus particulièrement au niveau du couloir d'accès à notre chambre (qui était d'un coût plus élevé en raison de la vue sur Funchal. Pas spécialement agréable.
