NOTE: the hotel is currently installing a new guest lift. Engineers will commence works on Tuesday 12th May, 2009 and expect to complete installation within 4-6 weeks.

L'acceuil du staff est odieux. Dès l'arrivée, la Direction se précipite sur notre carte bancaire et débite la totalité du séjour, le parking qui vient en supplément et essaie de nous imposer les repas du soir. De plus, lorsque nous avons dîner, accompagnés de notre fille qui était logée en dehors de l'hôtel, nous avons dû payer le tarif plein comme des clients ne résidant pas dans l'hôtel. En outre, notre chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos que nous considérons comme de la publicité mensongère. En deux mots, le personnel de cet hôtel est charmant mais la Direction est odieuse. Nous déconseillons absolument de prendre un séjour dans cet établissement.

Follow the signs for Bournemouth Town Centre/Pier, which lead you to Bath Road, where the hotel is located on the left-hand side.
