The hotel is located five minutes from the centre of Anacapri, where you can see the entire gulf of Naples.

The breathtaking scenery includes Mount Vesuvius, the Amalfi Coast, Ischia, and the island of Capri itself, which is celebrated in the works of the famous novelist Axel Munthe, whose Villa San Michele is nearby.

Hotel Caesar Augustus is a fine example of a cliff estate with aspects of ancient Roman architecture, yet fully furnished with 21st century amenities. This fine hotel has recently been renovated.

The hotel suites are spacious and elegantly designed, following the traditional architectural style of the island, with several arches and columns. They have names that immediately remind you of the glorious past of this country, such as Caesar Augustus, Vesuvius or Tiberius.

Each suite has its own living room, furnished with a comfortable and inviting sofa, a table with chairs, an ottoman and a fireplace. In the large bathroom, you can enjoy the gigantic Jacuzzi while admiring the sea view. A second bathroom is also at your disposal.

From the living room, exit out onto the extensive private terrace to sunbathe or to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets behind the island of Ischia.
