All of the apartments have a lovely view over the garden and the surrounding hills, preserving a rustic character with comfortable and at the same time elegant furnitures in typical Tuscan stile.

Most of the apartments features a small garden and an outdoor terrace with table and chairs and some of them have a fireplace; a central heating is however guarantee for the coolest months.

The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is equipped with a fridge, hot plates and all the crockery and pots you may need.

The dining room features sofas and colour TV, all of the bathrooms have a tub and/or a shower.

Excellente situation aux abords de Sienne, très bon accueil de Max, mais malheureusement aménagement des chambres très décevant (canapé lit hors d'âge en lieu et place de lit, mobilier de bric et de broc sans charme, déco de très mauvais goût), cafards, aménagement pas pratique. Hygiène douteuse des serviettes de toilettes. Repas proposés en 1/2 pension très peu variés. Petit déj moyen. La photo de la chambre présentée sur le site internet est très très loin des 2 chambres que nous avons vues.

C'est un bon établissement qui a du charme. Pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme entouré de très beaux paysages tout en étant proche de Sienne ,c'est très bien.

By car
From the North on the A1 highway in direction of Rome, take the exit Firenze Certosa, then the motorway Firenze-Siena. Proceed toward Grosseto for around 10 km. Take the exit San Rocco a Pilli and proceed straight until you will find the sign la Grotta di Montecchino.

From the South on the A1 highway in direction of Firenze, take the exit Valdichiana, then the motorway Siena-Bettolle reaching Siena. Without leaving the road, proceed in direction of Grosseto for around 10 km. Take the exit San Rocco a Pilli and proceed straight until you will find the sign la Grotta di Montecchino.
