gîte rural - extérieur Il Colombaiolo gîte rural - extérieur The farmhome Il Colombaiolo, located 500 metres from Pienza, along the road that leads to the Val d'Orcia and 400 metres from the Pieve di Corsignano church, offers to its guests a panoramic view over Pienza and the valley, with Monte Amiata and the villages of Radicofani, Castiglione d'Orcia, San Quirico d'Orcia, Montalcino and Monticchiello.

The farmhome, family run, dates from the 15th century and has been recently restructured, providing guests with every comfort. The property, nestled in 30 hectares of land of olive groves, vineyards and lawns, gives guests the opportunity to observe various types of birds and deers, as well as the farm animals - hens, cockerels, plovers, turkeys, ducks, geese and the friendly farm dogs.

Superbe belle grande chambre confortable et très propre, belle salle de bain privée avec bonne pression d'eau et petit frigo dans la chambre, on s'y sent chez soi. terrasse privée avec décor de la toscane qui nous donne le goût de ne jamais repartir. Situé sur une ferme la vue sur les vallons et la maison elle-même est superbe. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse pâr notre hôtesse était très bien. Petit point négatif,il faut prendre l'auto pour aller dans la ville de pianza située à 3 minutes. J'y retournerais demain.tres bon raport qualite prix, une de nos plus belles locations pour la chambre, le site,l ambiance et le dejeuner au soleil de la toscane...

Premier séjour à la Ferme Il Colombaïolo. Accueil excellent. Chambres très spacieuses, sanitaires dignes d'un grand hôtel, petits-déjeuners copieux servis par la mâitresse de maison, très accueillante, qui parle et comprend l'anglais, un atoût supplémentaire. Adresse à retenir!
