We are located in an authentic 200 year-old farmhouse situated right outside of Perugia. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay with a beautiful 360° view of both the city and the green countryside!

Thanks to our strategic position, the city center is only a short bus ride away (1 euro bus ticket with 4 connections per hour). Feel immersed in nature, and at the same time, enjoy the beauty and the vibrant nightlife of Perugia!

Parties are welcome every night, either in our homey common room or poolside, and are an excellent way to meet people from all over the world! You will not disturb the neighbors--except maybe our farm animals!!

Highway A1 exit Perugia Centro - S.Faustino and follow Via Settevalli direction Pila, once in "Case Nuove" before the traffic light, turn left into Strada Torre Poggio up to the old tower then turn left for 50 mt.

By train
BY BUS: From Perugia Main Train Station (Fontivegge), take bus line C or D direction 'Pila' (Sundays line B), and get off at 'Case Nuove' at the bus stop in front of 'BAR OLIMPIA' (ask the driver!). Just cross the road, pass the traffic light and follow Strada Torre Poggio up to the old tower, then turn left for 50 mt.
