extérieur My name is Marchese Flavio and I would like to present you the Flestariam bed&breakfast,located in Zelarino-Venice.This new B&B has been studied for an accessible and responsible tourism,to which we want to offer a hotel services and a house warmth.

The Flestariam B&B was an apartament whitch has now been renovated to demolish the architectural barriers thus creating a fully functional room for disabled person,by using both materials and a tecnology in accordance with biohousing.

The two bedrooms are wide and sunny.they have been outfitted with the facilities for disabled and furnished accordingly.Both of them have a tv set,a refrigetor and a ceiling fan.

Both bathrooms have floor level shower cabins provided with support-handles and a seat with arms.
Toilet, sink and all of the equipment are comformable to the italian law.

The disposition of the kitchen room is disabled friendly,cooker zone too.
Breakfast can be traditional or self service,on request it is possible to have biological or fair trade products

The small weel-kept and sunny garden is an ideal place for having breakfast or chatting in the evening.

Parking and bus stop far 150 m,is possible give hospitality to your friend cat.

By car
coming from motorway exit CASTELLANA and follow in CASTELFRANCO direction,the first village that you find is ZELARINO,arriving from Mestre is the third street on the left after the sport center

By train
From MEstre railway station there are two autobus that arriving in ZELARINO,it's the linees 20 or 21 and it's terminal is 150 meter on the right of the railway station

By airplane
from Marco Polo airport you have to bring two autobus,first linee 15 until center of MESTRE and after the linee 20-21 -Noale or Scorzè.
With a taxi is about 15 km and more or less 20 euro.
