b&b - extérieur  Aishling House b&b - extérieur Aishling House offers Dublin b&b accommodation, made up of two elegant Victorian townhouses, set in a peaceful, old Victorian suburb of Dublin City, surrounded by fruit trees and complete with a secure car park and children's play area. Located at a short drive from Dublin City Centre and its Famous Temple Bar area, the Aishling House b&b offers a great base to explore the city.

The Aishling House Bed and Breakfast has been carefully restored and the resident owners Robert and Frances English, welcome guests into a homely and relaxing atmosphere. Every morning you can sample the delicious Irish or vegetarian breakfast and after a day exploring Dublin and its surroundings, you can retreat to the warm ambiance of the house.

Within a few minutes walk you arrive to a wonderful sea-front promenade which has lots of pubs, shops and the Dracula Museum as well as a leisure centre with a 50-metre pool. At just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport, 5 minutes from the Ferry Port and less than 10 minutes by bus to O'Connell Street, The Aishling House b&b provides the ideal place to stay during a Dublin city break.

Aishling House - Comment s'y rendre

By car
From Dublin City Centre: Cross O'Connell Bridge travelling North. After a few minutes bear left at the traffic lights, then right and left again around the main bus station. Follow the signs for Howth/Malihide, pass Connelly Train Station and go up Ameans Street. Continue on North Strand Road, pass Fairview park under the stone bridge into Clontarf, the sea will be on your right and a church on the left. St. Lawrence Road is after the church just before the Yacht pub. The Aishling House b&b is at numbers 19 and 20.
From Dublin Port: As you leave the port area you will come to a set of traffic lights at a T junction. Turn right and follow the signs for Dublin north. Then carry straight on through the next lights until you come to a Volvo/Honda Garage. Turn right immediately after the garage and continue over a small canal. Go straight through the next lights and on to Clontarf, the sea will then be on your right. Turn right at the next T junction traffic lights, the sea will still be on your right and after a few minutes there will be a church, turn left after the church and just before the Yacht pub you will find St. Lawrence Road.
From DunLaoghaire Port: Turn right out of the DL ferry port and follow the signs towards Dublin. Just after Blackrock, you will pass the Tara Hotel on your left, after a few minutes turn right at the traffic lights over a rail crossing, you are then on Beach Road. Continue with the sea on your right, and go straight. When the sea disappears turn right at the traffic lights and follow the signs for east-link toll bridge. Turn left at the round-about and onto the toll bridge. Once over the toll bridge go straight over the roundabout, pass the garage and continue straight through the next traffic lights. Keep in the left lane and turn left at the next set of traffic lights (entrance to Dublin Port). Continue straight on through next lights to the Volvo/Honda Garage then turn right immediately after the garage and go over a small canal. Go straight through the next lights and on to Clontarf. The sea will break again on your right and then turn right at traffic lights. The sea will still be on your right and after a few minutes there will be a church. Turn left after the church and just before the Yacht pub you will find St. Lawrence Road.

By airplane
From the airport follow signs for M1 City Centre. The M1 at this point is only a few miles long. As it comes to an end you come to the entrance to the Port Tunnel. Do not enter the Port Tunnel, keep in the left-hand lanes and pass a large red brick church set back on the left. Turn left at the traffic lights just after the Church. You will be on a road called Collins Avenue, just keep going straight on Collins until the road ends at a T junction (about 2 miles). The Beachcomber pub will be directly opposite you, turn right at this junction. St. Lawrence Road is then the 2nd Road on your left. You will reach The Aishling House b&b after a few minutes on the right at numbers 19 and 20.

By public transport
From Dublin City Centre: Take bus Number 130 from Lower Abbey Street and get off at St. Lawrence Road just before the Yacht pub.
