Settled in a oasis of colours and parfmes of the mediterranean vegetation, Stella Marina Residence with its panoramic position,seems to be suspended between the sea and the sky.Dominating the wonderful Ustica port,it provides all the services and amenities you like and the value you expect,with its elegant,friendly atmosphere and hospitality.Stella Marina with its fresh and smart style,consists of apartaments which are finely furnished and equipped with all conforts.There are two different types of apartments:one-roomed (2-3 beds and two roomed flats (4 beds),all equipped with kitchenette,private bathroom,hairdryer,living room,safe box,tv,air conditioning.One request is possible to provide kitchenware for people with celiac disease.From most of the appartments is possible to enjoy a wonderful and suggestive view of the port,for a room sea view it necessary to pay a surcharge of € 30,00 per week.The cost of living must be added for single room € 25.00 final cleaning and linen and towels, for double room € 35,00 for triple room € 40,00,for quadruple room € 50,00 intended cost per week(even for only 2 nights).If you want sea view in the appartment you have to add € 30,00 to the amount of your stay.For you relaxing moments a confortable smartly equipped solarium overlooking the sea,will be at your disposal,to let you enjoy a breath of scented sea breeze.Stella Marina Residence is endowed also with a conference hall which could be the ideal setting for congress,meetings,and special events,with a marke of exclusive quality.The meeting area is able to receive 50 guests.An equipped wellness corner with specialized staff, will help you to make your holiday more relaxing. Dont' forget the Jacuzzi.
