super appartement bien situé. Trés calme malgrés sa situation dans une des rues les plus fréquentées le soir. L'appartement est agréable, très belle vue sur madrid. N'hésitez pas à y aller surtout si vous souhaitez profiter de la vie nocturne de chueca :)

Dans ce cas, le débit du montant total de votre séjour sera effectué par l'hotel sur votre carte de crédit lors de la réservation.

Check-in: Check-in is permitted from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. However, check-in may be possible until 2 a.m., but for this a late check-in fee of €30.00 will be charged. On your arrival in Madrid, call (+34) 912 77 19 77, or UK phone number (+44) 0871 284 1540, in order to agree a check-in time.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartment not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Security deposit of 200,00 € will be charged in CASH upon check-in and refunded to you on departure on the condition that no damage to the apartment has occurred.
Taxes, towels, electricity/gas/water charges and bed linen are included in the price.
Late check-in costs €30,00.

CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card upon booking.Under no circumstances All Seasons Rent Apartments will reimburse the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled. CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding balance. The CANCELLATION TERMS shall apply in all cases including cases of force majeure or otherwise.
