The Cameron self-catering apartment is located on the top floor of a magnificent building, located in Madrid, in the university district of Moncloa.
Guests will find several attractions, including the Princesa boulevard with its trendy shops and boutiques and the Parque del Oeste.
The apartment is a comfortable studio with a double bed and a sofa bed and can comfortably host up to four people. The Cameron also features a spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing moments after a sightseeing day through Madrid.

dépôt sera concordé directement avec celui-ci. Check-in: Please comunicate your check-in time as apartments do not have a front desk. Check-in is permitted from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Hoever, check-in may be possible until 2 a.m., but for this a late check-in fee of €30.00 will be charged. On your arrival in Madrid, call (+34) 912 77 19 77, or UK phone number (+44) 0871 284 1540, in order to agree a check-in time.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartment not later than 11 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Taxes, towels, electricity/gas/water charges and bed linen are included in the price.
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Security deposit of 200,00 € will be charged in CASH upon check-in and refunded to you on departure on the condition that no damage to the apartment has occurred.
Late check-in costs €30,00.
CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card
upon booking.Under no circumstances All Seasons Rent Apartments
will reimburse the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before
arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding
balance. The CANCELLATION TERMS shall apply in all cases including
cases of force majeure or otherwise.
