Sauf indication contraire, vous paierez l'établissement, et aucun dépôt ne vous sera demandé. Si l'hébergement que vous avez choisi demande un dépôt de garantie, cette information paraîtra dans la section "Conditions d'annulation" et le dépôt sera concordé directement avec celui-ci. Il est impossible d'annuler la réservation si vous avez au préalable opté pour une chambre indiquée comme "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" (non remboursable/prépayée). Dans ce cas, le débit du montant total de votre séjour sera effectué par l'hotel sur votre carte de crédit lors de la réservation.

Check-in: Please comunicate your check-in time as apartments do not have a front desk. Check-in is permitted from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. However, check-in may be possible until 2 a.m., but for this a late check-in fee of €30.00 will be charged.
Check-out: It is necessary to vacate the apartments not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
PLEASE NOTE: On your arrival in Madrid, call us on (+34) 912 77 19 77, or our UK phone number (+44) 0871 284 1540, in order to agree a check-in time. If travelling by plane, please call once you have collected your luggage. At the time agreed on the phone, a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance to the apartment. This time must be at least 30-45 minutes after the call to give our staff enough time to travel to the apartment. The sum of the deposit, cleaning fee (and late check-in fee if applicable), plus the remaining balance of the booking, must be paid IN CASH upon check-in in order to receive the keys to the apartment.
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Security deposit of 200,00 € will be charged in CASH upon check-in and refunded to you on departure on the condition that no damage to the apartment has occurred.
Check-in is permitted from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Check-in may be possible until 2 a.m. but for this there is a €30.00 late check-in fee.

CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card upon booking.Under no circumstances All Seasons Rent Apartments will reimburse the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled. CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding balance. The CANCELLATION TERMS shall apply in all cases including cases of force majeure or otherwise.
