Several traditional restaurants and entertainment venues as well as famous Madrid night-life are easily reachable from the apartment.

This bright apartment is located on the fourth floor and offers magnificent views of the city.

Guests will find fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, air conditioning in both flats, bed linen, towels, toaster, juicer, kitchenware, coffee machine, Wi-Fi Internet access and TV.

Dans ce cas, le débit du montant total de votre séjour sera effectué par l'hotel sur votre carte de crédit lors de la réservation.

If travelling by plane, please call once you have collected your luggage. At the time agreed on the phone a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance to the apartment. This time must be at least 30-45 minutes after the call to give our staff enough time to travel to the apartment. The sum of the deposit, cleaning fee (and late check-in fee if applicable), plus the remaining balance of the booking, must be paid IN CASH upon check-in in order to receive the keys to the apartment.
Taxes, towels, electricity/gas/water charges and bed linen are included in the price.
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Security deposit of 200,00 € will be charged in CASH upon check-in and refunded to you on departure on the condition that no damage to the apartment has occurred.
Late check-in costs €30,00.

CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card upon booking.Under no circumstances All Seasons Rent Apartments will reimburse the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled. CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding balance. The CANCELLATION TERMS shall apply in all cases including cases of force majeure or otherwise.
