Qualité exceptionnelle pour Londres. Ma chambre donnait sur jardin, donc très calme. Elle était meublée et équipée de façon moderne, par contre les parties communes sont très "cosy", avec bibelots et tableaux partout. Accueil et service très pro, aimable. Gardent les bagages gratuitement en fin de séjour. A signaler que pas d'ascenseur, et escaliers super raides, style Amsterdam si vous connaissez: déconseillé si vous avez des énormes bagages très lourds ou si grimper vous épuise. Dans le quartier il y a où acheter de quoi faire ses repas (plusieurs supermarchés près du métro Bayswater), des pubs, des cybers ... J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
