The Borgo Residence is a well designed complex of apartments composed of low rise, buildings of a traditional Sardinian style decorated with stone and wrought iron work. Set in well established flowering gardens, with pathways connecting the apartments and common areas. There is an inviting swimming pool for use exclusively for the group of VIP apartments.
Porto San Paolo is a pretty touristic village with shops, cafés, restaurants and bars of every kind and offers stunning views to the impressive island of Tavolara known for it’s nature reserve.


Local facilities: Reception (09.00/13.00 – 17.00/20.00h), Restaurant, bar, shop, unattended parking area, shuttle bus service available on demand.
Comfort card: Compulsory from 11/06 – 10/09 : includes: 1 bottle of water, “beach set” available to each apartment for the duration of the stay (2 beach towels + 1 rucksack); “courtesy kit” (bathroom essentials, slippers); “Sweet Sardinia” (Sardinian local cake/biscuit selection);
Distance to sea : 400/800 metres from a white sandy beach. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia (some of them equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds).
Pets: little pets are welcome (not allowed in communal areas).

Compulsory charges (to be paid on arrival):
Weekly forfait: B4 € 100,00; T5/T6 (1 bathroom) € 130,00; T6 (2 bathrooms) € 160,00 per apartment the price includes water, gas, electricity, washing machine, TV, car parking, WI FI internet connection, reception services.
Final cleaning: B4 € 70,00; T5/T6 (1 bathroom) € 85,00; T6 (2 bathrooms) € 95,00. Final cleaning of the kitchenette is the guests’ responsibility failing to do so will result in a surcharge of € 50,00.
Comfort card: € 50,00 per apartment per stay.
Refundable Damage Deposit: € 200,00 (to be paid on arrival) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests’ home address.
Optional charges (to be requested at time of booking)
Daily maid service: B4 € 20,00; T5 € 25,00; T6 € 35,00 (apart from the kitchen that must be self cleaned by guest).
Linen hire: Bed linen € 10,00 per person for each change; Bath towels € 15,00 per person each change.
PETS: € 30,00 extra cleaning.
Beach towel: euro 5.00
Baby cot: € 30,00 per week or free of charge if brought by the guest.
Decoder Sky hire: € 25 per week
Transfers: from Olbia Airport or Harbour € 30 per pers (min 2 pers); Between 22:00. and 06:00= 20% surcharge; Transfers from Golfo Aranci harbour will be charged extra €6 per car. Fares are intended one way.

Apartments: Attractively furnished.; All are equipped with : washing machine, TV, a furnished veranda on the first floor or patio on the ground floor some have an oven others just the cooker hob. Irons and ironing boards available on request.
Only the VIP apartments have the use of the swimming pool which is open * from the 4th June to 24th Sept. (sun loungers available)
The following types of apartments are available.
Two-Room apartment (4 beds): kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Three-Room apartment (5 beds): kitchenette, living room with single sofa bed, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, bathroom.
Three-Room apartment (6 beds): kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom. Some of them with two bathrooms. The VIP apartments sleep up to 6 all have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
