This new apartment offers two twin rooms and two doubles, all featuring a private balcony. The two bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and hair-dryer and the kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances, such as oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen also includes washing machine and iron.

This holiday flat holds a living-room overlooking the Ramblas street and it is equipped with TV and sound system. Moreover, the apartment has air-conditioning and central heating. There are free cots available upon request.
