I notified the desk we would be arriving on late flight. i called again to confirm late arrival and they didn't have info. they nicely upgrade our room to water view. after being out all day we returned to find our room was not cleaned ( no do not disturb sign present) so we had to leave until they cleaned it, then on return a letter with other guests names and fruit was placed in our room. also the finale, was the horrific cab ride to airport, the female cab driver didn't know where she was going...60$ later!!!
