Excelent service, accomodations and prices.

Very nice hotel,near the train station. excellent breakfast.I recommend it. I would return to go to this hotel if I go to Milan.

The bathroom definitely needs refurbishment or a deeper cleaning. The shower drain was clogged and the air conditioning appliance was leaking. I was surprised that a four star hotel still does not have flat screen tv sets. The reception staff was really nice but I don't think I got any value for the rate I paid. The hotel common areas are definitely worth a 4 star category but the rooms are not.

Nice hotel and very confortable beds. A little isolated but very close to the metro and the central train station. I highly recommend it.

I love the fact that there was an adaptor available from reception. And there is also magnified mirror in the bathroom. Nice touch! but please change the hairdryer...its so outdated.

Small bed, pretty small room not with pleasant layout. Great large-screen TV. Very good breakfast. Staff was quite unprofessional upon arrival but I've stayed here before and never had this problem.

Great breakfast, friendly staff if a tad on the unprofessional side (though this is Italy). Rooms are comfortably-appointed, probably a touch too fancy-shmancy for me. The 24 hr gym is a rarity. Breakfast is very rich in elements and the breakfast room isn't your usual squallid cafeteria. Film selection on pay-per-view is great, even if cathode-ray tube TVs are still in most rooms.

I've been staying at this location over the past three years. Many of the rooms have been refurbished and meet all of my requirements while on business travel. The hotel staff is top-notch and most accomodating. I tried the hotel restaurant which I found mediocre for the price they charge. A much better dinning experience can be found at the many restaurants just down the road. The piano player is very talented, however, they have him playing a substandard electric piano in the restaurant. He is so talented, it is ashame his efforts cannot be exploited on this electric piano. The lounge area and staff is comfortable though a little out dated. Perhaps a brighter aptmosphere would intice guest to spend time there. They just started a Happy Hour which includes a buffet of complimentary appetizers. Not bad...it's a standard in most bars in Milan. The rooms are most comfortable with beds and linens equal in comfort to those in Westin Hotels. A wide screen TV, Spacious bathroom and Jaccuzzi bath are nice ammenities. I'd recommend this hotel to the business traveler.

On the webpage it days "Covered Parking", but there is no parking at all. Then the room wasn't ready when I got there. And it is too expensive for what they offer.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Hotel buffet breakfast is very good, especially when compare to various 5* hotels i have previously stayed in Milan. The "nightlife" surrounding the hotel is not intrusive and has never bothered me.

This is a real good hotel.staff very helpful and friendly.rooms exellent.breakfast great. if you arrive with bus or train its easy to reach the hotel in just a short walk and only maybe 10 minutes.maybe a little too far from the dome to walk but not a prob cause underground is near by.would take the hotel again.

Eccellente.. e costoso. Ma tutto sommato ne vale la pena, se si cerca un abergo dotato di tutti i comfort, pulito e accogliente come e più di una casa. Il personale è di una gentilezza squisita e non c'è nulla che manchi o a cui non si sia pensato. Esattamente come dovrebbe essere un hotel di questa categoria.

Location of the hotel is not clearly stated in the map. We lost our way on the first day. We spent one hour dragging our heavy baggage around the central station and asking around. But after familiarize with the surrounding, the hotel is only 15 min walking distance from central station. Quite a convenient location. A few station away from Duomo. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. Is a recommended choice for a few days stay in Milan.

Great hotel. The week end price is better than the week day price, so the room was great value for the money.

The hotel was a lovely place to stay and the staff where very helpful and friendly. the only thing was that the hotel food was a bit expensive but it was still gorgeous! thank you for a lovely pleasent time in your hotel.

The location is within 5 minutes walk of the central train station which was very convenient for us. The staff were courteous at all times and were very helpful with directions and recommendations on place to eat.

Over all good stay - we had problems when we went to leave as they would not get the car for us, told us to go down to the basement and get it ourselves. I tried but it was pitch black. Also it appeared to be beach front - was surprised to find that it wasn't.

Dont waste your money!
