Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano - Bolzano

Overpriced.Internet wasn't free and the cable was ripped out of wall. We got it fixed but still didn't work!

Children sleeping in parent's bed doesn't pay!

Excellent hotel - everything we wanted for our stay. Most certainly would stay again and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Although the location is not great we knew that in advance and the city centre is easily accessible by car.

Beautiful hotel if you don't mind being in the business/industrial district. Easy to get into Central Bolzano by bus 10A and 10B. Lovely room, attentive, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Not near the centre but easily accessible by economic and frequent public transport. Also the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!

1- The air condition did not work and the staff could not repaire it 2- The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. 3- The indications to locate the hotel are not clear.

This is a top class hotel!! The Room are enormous, so is the bathroom! Great bathtub - room for 2. We loved it!

Excellent hotel and the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated quite a distance from town centre, so taxi trips were required. Enjoyed stay and the pool, spa & gym were excellent

We were particularly impressed by the level of service. Staff members were very professional, friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is away from the downtown, we found our way there (and back) quickly and easily. We thought that the food was excellent, at both breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent price/performance. Location a bit off in exhibition area. Great pool area.

The only precise statement that I would like to do is that the personnel of the reception knew few and badly the Italian language. And this, in a structure of accord to the border but however always in Italy, it is not professional.

Very modern Hotel with every comfort; the view from the swiming pool on the alps is great! The Hotel is located nearby the forum and air-port in a rather industrial zone; not much to do with the inner town of Bozen... it didn't bother me :-)

1 stanza con aria condizionata rotta, spostati in altra stanza 2 stanza non con 2 letti separati ma matrimoniale, eravamo in 2 colleghi 3 stanza con anta armadio che non si chiudeva zona fitness sauna piscina sauna, completamente abbandonata senza personale impossibilità di comprare un costume o di avere un massaggio per essere un albergo nuovo della catena sheraton, deludente

The hotel is located in the city centre (that's excellent) but there's no parking (you have to pay it extra and that's 18,-EURO per night, and you canno't pick up your car after 01:00) and there's a minibar only by request.
