farmhome - exterior We are offering six apartments recently restored in the same property. They are on the edge of Siena, 5 km from the town centre. There is a large swimming pool (18 x 6 Mt.) shared with the owners and other guests; shared use of all the garden and use of Italian bowling alley (boce ball), Ping-Pong, other children toys.
This is an excellent combination of countryside, since there are lovely views of the Chianti hills to the north, and Siena. All apartments have been restored recently.
The apartments are pleasantly furnished for holiday use. In all the apartments there is the possibility to have a cot for children under 2. The following prices include everything, are valid for a week (from Saturday to Saturday). All apartments have the central heating ( you pay if you use, Euro 4 for 1 m3 ), so they are available all the year.
This is a working farm with many animals (horses, and many dogs). We sell white and red wine Brunaccio, a special red wine, and an excellent biological extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and Grappa.
It is possible to go horse-trekking all around the countryside of Tuscany, with a very good guide working in a partner club.

At the first floor, entrance hall/ dining- room with large windows, looking over the garden and towards Siena, a large living-room with double convertible sofa. Three bedrooms: 1 with a single bed, 1 with twin bed and 1 double bedroom. Kitchen with washing-machine and dish-washing-machine, 2 bathrooms, one with shower one with tub . A reserved bower for guests privacy.

Entrance down steps into living/dining room (with one double convertible sofa) with fireplace, exposed beams, steps to small private terrace. A large gallery bedroom with double bed overlooks the living room. Steps to bathroom/WC and utility room with washing-machine. Down steps to modern kitchen, with splendid view of the hills from the windows. Not suitable for small children or elderly people.

Splendid views over the hills can be enjoyed from the windows. This apartment consists of: two bedrooms: 1 with twin bed, 1 double bedroom; entrance hall/ living/ dining-room/ kitchen with washing machine, fireplace and one double convertible sofa; bathroom with shower, dish-washing machine. This apartment can be used from handicapped people. Reserved area in front of it.

Small private terrace in front of the entrance-door. Two bed-rooms one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Sitting/dining-room, a very nice kitchen with dish-washing-machine, one bath-room/ WC, with washing-machine.

At the first floor near the apartment Annarosa, this nice apartment has two double bed-rooms, one kitchen/dining-room, with a very nice view one living-room with a convertible double-bed sofa, one bath-room/WC with shower, washing-machine.

The following prices include everything, are valid for a week (from Saturday to Saturday).

Coming from the north
Gate of A1 Firenze Certosa take the road to Siena, when you arrive to Siena you go out at Siena nord at the stop you go on the left following the road to Castellina in Chianti. After 2 Km. go on the right to Vagliagli Corsignano after 200 m. you take the white street Strada del Castagno after 300 m. you find the gate, ring the bell Ravà or Casieri.

Coming from the south
Take the Tangenziale to Firenze go out at Siena nord at the stop you go on the left following the road to Castellina in Chianti after 2 Km. go on the right to Vagliagli Corsignano after 200 m. you take the white street Strada del Castagno after 300 m. you find the gate, ring the bell Ravà or Casieri.
