"Villa Belcaro" Pets and small dogs were permitted - the main reason we choosed this nice property out in the green.

We loved this farm home. We had a two bedroom fully detached building away from the rest of the complex. The view from the front patio was fantastic, just what we were hoping for in Tuscanny with rolling hills and vineyards spread out in front of us. The complex was a short 10 minute drive from the centre of Sienna, with supermarkets and other facilities about 5 minutes drive away. The kitchen had a hot plate and microwave, but no oven, however we were able to cook comfortably for four people. The home smelt of bleach, suggesting a mould problem, and certainly it was damp for the whole period that we stayed there. There was only one other group staying at the Villa when we were there. Payment had to be completed at a hotel owned by the family on the other side of town. We would happily stay there again.

How to reach Farmhouse Villa Agostoli

By car
From the North the property is easily reachable by the highway A1, exit Firenze Certosa. Take the superstrada Firenze-Siena, direction Siena and exit at Porta San Marco, turn left for SS. 73 Senese-Aretina, continue straight to Costa Fabbri, then, at the first crossroad, turn right for Montalbuccio/Strada degli Agostoli, and proceed for about 2 km. You will pass a pine forest surrounded by a small white wall. After a few meters on the left side at n. 99, you will find the sign of the Azienda Agraria Villa Agostoli.
From the South take motorway A1, and exit at Valdichiana. Take the superstrada Siena-Bettolle and exit at Siena. Then take the tangenziale in the direction of Grosseto. Then take the first exit for Siena and the motorway A1, direction Firenze. Exit at Porta San Marco. Turn right (take the ramp), straight on towards SS. 73 (Senese-Aretina). Proceed along for Costa Fabbri and at the first crossroad, turn right for Montalbuccio/Strada degli Agostoli and proceed for about 2 km. You will pass a pine forest surrounded by a small white wall. After a few meters on the left side at n. 99, you will find the sign of Azienda Agraria Villa Agostoli.
