We stayed three nights : husband, son and dog and appreciated the room even if, with a son of 14 years old, we would have preferred a separate room for him inside the appartment. If you are accompanied by a pet, mention its breed, ... to avoid the first (unpleasant) reaction received at the arrival (I had mentioned it but the reception person forgot to read it).

This is a good stay. Very nice in a tranquil area. Only the breakfast is a little poor with the voucher. You can get only one drink and one sandwich on a nice spot about three hundreds meter away from the B&B.

It was all ok but "breakfast included" means that you have to go to the nearest café (1 km) with a ticket provided by Fullino Nero valid for 1 drink and 1 thing to eat: for my family it was a little bit disappointing. If you want you can buy food and drinks and prepare your breakfast in your room, which is provided with crockery and fridge.

Very nice but could do with some extra finishing touches in the rooms all inexpensive (eg decent reading lights by beds, waste paper basket, extra chair in bedroom for clothes).

Lovely location overlooking olive tree grove yet 1 km from cafe/shopping; very quaint room. Kitchen was well stocked with tools and room was fairly large. Limited arrival times; we could not find someone for the check-out.

You can go to the city centre in a few minutes by car, hills around the hotel are a spectacular view. The rooms are clean, spacious and pretty furnished. A very beautiful place.

We stayed here during the Palio festivities for 2 nights and it was perfect for the price. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The owner is shy but helpful. It was nice getting away from the centre of Siena for some quietness and a rest.

We wanted the Tuscan country experience, whilst still getting the privileges of a city like Siena. We were not disappointed. The views from our lovely room were exceptional! And driving to Siena a breeze. We easily found the place, and Paula, who received us, irrespective of not being able to communicate in English, could assist us with everything we needed. She is lovely. We love to cook, and our facilities were first class. Everything we required was there. In all, I would strongly propose Fullino Nero to anyone who wants something more than the dreary hotel experience. We had a car, so I cannot vouch for public transport, but we did see bus routes right in front of the property.

Ampio spazio parcheggio, ampio spazio divertimento e relax. Possibilita' di percorsi turistici bellissimi. Una vista spettacolare delle colline senesi. Veramente soddisfatta di tutto ci tornerei ogni fine settimana.Grandi complimenti alla realizzazione della struttura. Un meritatissimo ottimo!!!! We travelled in Italy for 23 days, and our hotel evaluation is relative to other 10 hotels we stayed throughout this period. Fullino Nero is situated outside of historical center of Sienna. The backyard of apartment is absolutely beautiful, but without a car, it is difficult to travel. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift (stairway passage is easy to carry luggages). Inside the apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are equally spacious. Also, amenities are great, but no internet and phone. Our suggestion for phone is to purchase a SIM card at the store in Italy (in US, need to call cell phone provider to unlock your cell phones so that you can use it in Italy). The owner speaks limited English, but they are wonderful!!! Our only suggestion for improvement is that although this apartment has laundry facility at the backyard, the washing machine may have some problems that don't work properly, and also putting some English instructions will be helpful.

We stayed in the apartment for two. It seemed to have been recently renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. Good amount of kitchen utensils. Amazing view and surroundings! Quiet and peaceful...the perfect place to get away! Good location to Siena, if you have a car. We only stayed a weekend and would have loved to stay longer.

The apartment itself was fine except that the kitchen was not well equipped. The main problem was that, while the description advertised a lovely garden patio, the whole area around our room was under construction and the patio was really on the edge of a parking lot. Once all the construction is done, it could be fine - quite handy to Siena, yet in the countryside (sort-of).

Fullino Nero was a little difficult to find even with directions but once we arrived, everyone was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable and roomy and the area was scenic. It's location was central to all the places we wished to visit in Tuscany. We would stay ther again if we were to return to Sienna.

This is an excellent property. The directions were great, we found it easily even though never having been to Tuscany before. Very clean and functional but small kitchen. The owner's mother lives across the road, so we had to go across the road for our key etc but they were expecting us. It was a challenge as they spoke no English and we spoke no Italian, but all part of the fun of travelling. Lovely, clean and very quiet establishment. Would definately stay here again.

Amazing property and definitely worth the price of the stay. The location is beautiful and the room is gigantic. There is even a separate dining room with a seating area. There's also a very affordable restaurant up the road that serves very good food for an incredibly cheap price. This place is ideal for a getaway.
