The property lies in a woody complex, a refuge for numerous wild animals.

With some luck, one can encounter hares, pheasants, wild-boars, roe-bucks, badgers, bald-coots, or wild ducks, that go to water in the lake of the establishment.

It is in the centre of an ideal triangle, where the vertexes are Volterra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa.

Farm House Sassi Bianchi guest room apartment - twin bedroom Guests are welcomed in 3 farm houses of the 16th century, completely restored and independent, furnished with taste by the owners, with beautiful antique forniture.
They provide heating and all other modern conveniences, with equipped kitchens and private bathrooms for all bedrooms.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All properties are fully furnished and equipped. Linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels; but not swimming towels) is supplied to you directly by the local laundry company and will automatically be ordered on your behalf when we receive from you a signed copy of the rental agreement.

The address posted on the website is not the one that you should use if you are renting a car with GPS. The place is amazing. Great gardens, nice pool, very peacful. The best is the attention of Concetta and Paolo who will make you feel right at home. Very good location if you are planning to visit the Tuscany region (you should rent a car of course). Excellent if you are planning to just relax. They don't accept credit cards, just cash (a bit inconvenient).

Sassi Bianchi is an Agriturismo located a few kilometers from San Gimignano, Siena, and Volterra. Paolo and Concetta, the owners, met us in San Gimignano and took us to the property where they grow organiz grapes for the table and for wine. The views are astonishing as the property sits high on a ridge overlooking the Tuscan hills. It is very quiet and peaceful there. During our stay it was cool enough to require the gas heater for comfort (cost = 3.5 Euros per cubic meter!!) so we did not use the swimming pool although it appeared to be a very nice pool. Out stay was quite enjoyable. We would certainly go again.

it's a very good place, the room was bigger than i was thinking looking the photos on internet. I stayed there for only two days, but i want to return as soon possible....

METHODS OF PAYMENT
